You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

In the case of services, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, DMCverlag Thomas Romen, August-L\u00e4mmle-Weg 64, 71229 Leonberg, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract . You can use the sample withdrawal form (PDF) linked to the right, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (www.dmcverlag.de). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email).<\/p>\n

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the withdrawal<\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of delivery costs abroad and the additional costs that result from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than that from us offered, cheapest standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n

If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract Compared to the total scope of the service provided in the contract.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n

The above right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>\n

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.<\/li>\n
  • Contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or<\/li>\n
  • Computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Expiry of the right of withdrawal upon delivery of digital content<\/p>\n

    If you order digital content such as software, games, audio books or eBooks in our online shop, we will point out the expiry of the right of withdrawal at the appropriate point in the ordering process. You must confirm your knowledge of this by clicking on a check box.<\/p>\n
